| Abstract: | It is argued that the microcomputer is a new educational tool as well for the management. It can improve the efficiency of the training actions involved, by bringing those actions on the usual working premises, and by improving the timing of the training for each user. For large groups such as several hundreds or thousands of trainees, the use of a microcomputer can also reduce the overall costs of a specific training. Standard training product for general topics, tool for professional training, or exceptional means to answer a specific need... all these are the different choices available when the computer comes in as an educational tool. |
