| Abstract: | The 1993 Maurice Holland Award went to Graham R.Mitchell in recognition of the authorship of "The Changing Agenda for Research Management", deemed to be the best original paper published in RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT in 1992. The winning paper was selected for pertinence, significance and originality of new management concepts related to the field of research management. Graham R. Mitchell is Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy-Designate of the U.S. Department of Commerce. |
