| Abstract: | Technology intelligence and forecasting is a central task of the "technology policy machinery", and should be considered to be much more important than mere financial subsidies. Many government institutions in the leading industrialized countries are experimenting with new types of "public intelligence networks". It is highly critical that efficient TF platforms at national level are developed as a complement and as a resultant to functioning TF platforms being maintained at private level. |
