| Abstract: | This project report focuses on the Social Science Research Center Berlin, viewing its history, objectives, profile and experience. A large empirical project is presented to illustrate the variety of research conducted by scholars of the Center. The team's exploration of organizational learning in the People's Republic of China, the Federal Republic of Germany and Israel are discussed, and also organizational learning within the Social Science Research Center Berlin is reflected upon. |
