| Abstract: | Technology management has to see to it that the proper innovations be made, that they be implemented in the most efficient way. The former problem may be solved by the model of Abernathy/ Utterback, the latter with the product- market matrix of Ansoff, or PIMS-Analysis or market-oriented portfolio-analysis, or learning curves or SPACE method. These are presented in the article. |
