| Abstract: | The West German government is in trouble. The costs of the health care system are soaring to the sky, the funds of the old age insurance companies are empty, the unemployment funds need financial help from the central government. The unparalleled deficit of the social security system makes tax increases for enterprises and employees indispensible. Since the government does not have the necessary financial means to solve these problems, individuals and enterprises must carry the burdens, their contribution to the social security systems will increase. |
