| Abstract: | This article focuses on the underpricing phenomenon among listed SMEs. It is argued that the institutional vision may lead to different pricing when a company is being listed and that the firms listed on the Nouveau Marché (NM) are very different from the firms listed on the Second Marché (SM). |
