| Abstract: | This paper is an attempt at identifying and segmenting management training-related problems in Russia and developing a strategic frame for response. The paper is based on contemporary writings on Soviet economic reform as well as an open-ended survey that was conducted among some training institution in the Soviet Union. The paper also deals with Russia from the broad prospective of the Soviet Union, something necessitated by recent developments in the latter. |
