| Abstract: | Innovation-oriented companies know too well that in addition to transfer of expert knowledge, the methodic control of the problem solution process will have to play a more important role in the complex environment of the future. To realize such solutions, they employ methodically trained moderators for their projects, who are able to recognize the complete scope of interests, the required specialist knowledge and the resulting interdisciplinary work groups. The problem is illustrated by a 200 M DEM investment proposal of a German machine factory. |
