Abstract:China's market management has undergone qualitative changes. The introduction of standardized rules and international standard has brought China's market management closer to the needs of market economy. Meanwhile, China's market management has shortcomings in the aspects of system, rules and standards. The future's market management should establish market legal system and market management organs. These are in keeping with the market economic system, promote the transformation of the ways of market management from administration to the legal system and strengthen market supervision through organizing and depending on social forces.
