| Abstract: | Since China began to carry out open policies, the foreign traders have invested in China in various forms. China has to speed up and perfect the legislation concerning foreign affairs and define the behaviour rules in dealing with foreign affairs. It's also necessary to make special policies be legislated and entrust them with stability and mandatory force. The foreign traders will make investment in China without hesitation if their legal rights and interests can be protected. Only with laws, can we punish illegal behaviour according to conditions prescribed. |
