| Abstract: | Limited autonomy, "disease of urban enterprise system" and multi-pole management are problems that are to be resolved in township enterprise management system. At the macro level, it is demanded that a macro regulation and control mechanism and system in township enterprises be established and perfected; at the micro level, an excitation mechanism in township enterprises should be perfected and rebuilt through the perfection of the system of democratic management and the system of inside leadership in enterprises and through the strengthening of the economic contract responsibility system. |
