| Abstract: | The international finance market was vigorous in 1980s. But the scale of international financing is somewhat contracted due to the sources of money supply are dampening with numerous reasons occured in the countries and regions supplying funds. However, the demand funds remains great, and the gap between supply and demand becomes increasingly greater. In developing foreign oriented economy, China should do well the 3 steps of borrowing, using and debt servicing: firstly strengthening the management of foreign loans; secondly, elevating the efficiency of foreign fund utilization; and thirdly, overall scheduling the repayment of foreign debts. |
