Activity-based costing, strategic costing, value analysis, just-in-time - the management accountant is kept reeling as if in a perpetual state of future shock. In such an atmosphere it is easy for myths to take hold and flourish. It's attending to the fundamentals - not the fads - that will make you valuable to your company. Forget the myths and concentrate on the fundamentals. |
