| Abstract: | China's industrial growth and structural change have the following characteristics: the role of large enterprises and enterprise groups has been strengthened obviously; the price relations between primary products and processed products and regional structure have become rational; the rigidity of resource allocation has added more difficulties to "adjustment of deposit volume"; the entering into a new cycle of products of the processing industry and the high tide period of equipment renewal make the "long line" phenomenon unavoidable and low efficiency has become the main systematic hindrance to development. |
