| Abstract: | There has been much written, both recently and in the past, about the assessment centre process. An assessment centre, for the purposes of this article , is defined as: a recruitment process through which decisions can be made about the suitability of a candidate against a defined job skill/knowledge set (competences), using various exercises, tests and questionnaires as a means of measurement. The phenomena of development interview is presented. |
