| Abstract: | No matter indecisive reform or forcible reform, there will occur accordingly cost for renewing structure. Considering the conditions of China and the cost of renewing, the form of "gradualism" is suitable for the establishment of Chinese socialist market economy and the mode of renewal should be to have the masses motivated with the governments. |
