| Abstract: | The paper thinks that, at present, China's foreign exchange administration system lag behind, the central bank is short of ability of control, and lax currency policy, rising export demand, the potential pressure of inflation, etc., all these are the reasons why the exchange rate in foreign exchange market is continuously rising. After analyzing the impacts and problems of exchange rate's rising, the author proposes that the basic countermeasures of stabilizing RMB exchange rate are avoiding inflation , reforming foreign exchange system, consummating foreign exchange market mechanism, and utilizing the tool of macroeconomic control. |
