| Abstract: | The idea that employees mark their managers is not new; however, it is not widely used: only every tenth manager thinks it important how his employees assess him. The old concept gains importance in the new lean enterprises. The author examines the ways in which this method can be used to improve the performance of companies management. Using the practices of five well known company /BMW, British Telecom, Esso, IBM , and Danzas Warehousing and Distribution/, five models are presented to illustrate the practical implementation of the concept. |
