| Abstract: | In order to come to the appropriate business decisions bank management needs daily information on current financial standing.The article deals with the basic principles on which managers can rely to recognise foreign exchange, credit, or liquidity risk.The application of appropriate methods to control such risk is suggested.The author emphasizes the importance of timely tracing of risky or potential investments for good management decisions. |
