| Abstract: | In order to suit the floating trend of international capital, we should take the overseas direct investment as the chief means of utilizing foreign capital , because overseas direct investment, as the essential part of economy, can mitigate the insufficiency of money and improve the standard of technology and management. The author puts forward some measures and suggestions to attract the foreign direct investment. |
