| Abstract: | The modern enterprise system is the result of the pursuance of mankind for system efficiency. The share-holding system is the most effective, up to date , enterprise organization form. The author analyses the operation mechanism of the share-holding system and the system environment for its existence. In his view, the modern enterprise system should be appropriately implemented through scientific "marginal" choice. |
