| Abstract: | Cultural diversity creates an environment in which individual differences are evident, different means to an end are respected, and the talents and attributes of people from different backgrounds and heritages are fully valued, utilized and developed. Such an environment can achieve superior business results. This article describes the approach of Grand Metropolitan in the UK and J. Pickard looks at experiences at Armco Steel and Burger King in the USA. |
