| Abstract: | China's model of economic growth driven jointly by investment, consumption and exports will be changed into one pulled mainly by investment. The changing trends of industrial structure and organizations are as follows: 1. Changing the pattern of industrial development with light industry as the main one in the 1980's. Heavy and chemical industries will once again become the leading industries in economic growth, accompanied by the readjustment of industrial structure. 2. Changing the pattern of decentralization in industrial development in the 1980's and breaking the regional blockades and monopoly of departments and industries. In formulating industrial policies, an importance should also be attached to the implementation of policies by legal means. |
