| Abstract: | The effect of foreign direct investment on China's monetary policy is so great that it undoubtedly poses the following new topics for the implementation of China's monetary policy: (1) Increasing the difficulties in the control and readjustment of credit policy; (2) Bringing shock to the fixed interest rate policy; (3) Influencing the implementation of central exchange rate policy. Therefore, it is imminent to strengthen the reasonable coordination of foreign investment policy and monetary policy, and guide actively foreign investment. |
