| Abstract: | In China's economic operation, the problem of shortage of funds has become increasingly prominent. The present funds are found more and more difficult to meet the demand of the abnormal economic growth. Therefore, measures must be taken to widen the channels for raising funds. Funds may be raised in such ways as stimulating savings by increasing interests, increasing tax revenue and reducing subsidies, having a moderate financial deficit, issue of money and inflation, introducing foreign investment, and saving funds by restricting consumption. |
