| Abstract: | Wuhan's economic growth is returning to the quantitative model, while Shenzhen is developing towards the qualitative model. The only way to stop Wuhan from returning to the quantitative model of economic growth lies in the increase of the technological content during economic operation, reduction of the profitless and low-profit input of funds , and acceleration of depreciation of fixed assets. |
