| Abstract: | As a problem with the management system and operation mechanism, imperfect relations of production can hinder and restrict the growth of productivity. They have been a key area of China's reform since the 80's. However, substantial progress is extremely difficult, especially the mechanism transformation of state enterprises which remains in great trouble. So a mechanism transformation is an indispensable step towards a successful participation in international competition. |
