| Abstract: | The standards of strategic choice of China's enterprise system come neither from ownership itself nor from the principled regulation of ideology. They can only meet the comprehensive demands raised according to the characteristics and level of the development of productive force, which are suited to the nature of industry, the scale of enterprises and variety of products. The formed ownership structure with state-owned enterprises, private solely-funded enterprises cooperative enterprises and company enterprises co existing can both guarantee the arrangement of the system with public ownership as the main stay and conform to the demand of China's national situation of the transition to market economic system. |
