| Abstract: | An important way for China's transportation and shipment industry to get more rapid improvement is to use the foreign fund. The capital it used for the construction projects comes from te central and local governments, the sections at all levels, the enterprises and the other economic organizations' loans, or from joint venture, issuing bonds and stocks. etc. There are several types of introducing foreign fund: 1. to concentratedly circulate foreign fund which means adopting the way of absorbing foreign fund for government use; 2. to accelerate the decentralized introduction of foreign fund which means a direct course of importing foreign fund and BOT, etc. |
