| Abstract: | In recent two years, many factory owners in countries have entered China's electronics market one after another. The new characteristics and trends presented are as follows: The world famous transnational corporations have become the main investors, changing the past state of investment, that is, the factory owners in HongKong, Macao and Japan were the main investors. The scope of investment in projects has been enlarged and more and more projects are large ones with an investment of over 10 million yuan. Some joint ventures with better returns have increased input and expanded further the scope of investment from south to north and from the coastal areas to inland areas. |
