| Abstract: | The agent system reflects the relationship of cooperation between producers and agents which has been formed as a result of two-way choice. The economic relationship embodied in it is decided by market which links production with circulation and plays the functions of organization and coordination, and chosen according to market in wholesale form. The following principles should be stacked to for its implementation: 1.The cooperation relationship between producers and agents should be established on a voluntary basis, 2.The efficiency principle of comparative cost and returns should be adhered to, 3.The force of the government's intervention is not relied. |
