Abstract:Being influenced by the economic fluctuation, the industrial fluctuations in the western, central and eastern areas of China are growth-type fluctuations with fluctuation margin tending to be wider. Now the eastern area's non-state owned industry is influenced greatly by the economic fluctuation. As a result, the fluctuation margin of its industrial growth is larger than that of the central and western areas'. For the fluctuation margin of the state owned and non-state-owned industries in the central area, there is a trend of widening gradually. Unlike the industrial fluctuation margin in the eastern and central areas, the western area's has become narrower gradually in recent years.
