| Abstract: | In 1995, the total volume of foreign dine of investment accounting utilized had already reached US$ 33.74 billion accounting for 38.1% of US$ 97 billion in foreign direct investment flowed to the developing countries in the some year, and ranking and in the world. China's using foreign funds has already entered a new stage--a more active, rational and efficient stage. "Active" means being much bolder in introducing foreign funds strategically and in guiding ideology. "Rational" means being more cautious tactically and guiding the foreign investment to a correct direction, optimizing structure and promoting continuously the quality and total level of foreign investment. "Efficient" means to make better use of foreign investment so as to achieve good economic returns and social benefits. |
