| Abstract: | According to the state's strategic interests, the coastal area should continue to keep lead development, make great efforts to develop newly-emerging industries and transform the labor-intensive industries which would benefit increasing the value of export products. Besides, it should expedite transferring towards the inland area labor- intensive industries, in which the cost of labor force is increasing progressively and establish an economic system with division of work and cooperation between the coastal area and the inland area. Taking the state strategy as the driving force of development will be a strategic superiority for promoting the shift of economic growth mode of the coastal area during the Ninth five-year Plan period. |
