| Abstract: | China's traditional personnel system will certainly undergo a thorough revolution which will involve the concept, method and technology related to the management of human resources. However, the first thing to do is that we must change the concept of personnel management. A complete concept of human resources management includes not only enterprises' organizing staff and workers for high quality service in an effort to raise labor productivity and then increase economic returns but enabling every worker to have sufficient conditions and full confidence for realizing self value and a chance of realizing his (her) ideal. |
