| Abstract: | To accelerate economic development, Shaanxi province pursues a strategy of expanding opening and attracting foreign investment and advanced technology by improving investment environment, which this paper thinks is correct. It promotes development through opening up and chooses the right breakthrough, that is, taking Xi'an city as the window and Eurasian land bridge as the focal point and accelerating southward and northward expansion, thus forming an all-directional opening pattern. In addition, it exchanges its market and resources for technology, projects and funds of foreign countries and other places. As a result its attraction to foreign and domestic investors has been strengthened and its development sped up. |
