| Abstract: | The original goal was to use the assessment tool for the R&D/business link. However, the facilities and services manager saw the value of the tool for use within the R&D organization to partner with the line groups his people serviced. It was also realised that the tool could not only be used at the management level but at any R&D/ business interface. CRTC provides technology-related services to the chemicals, refining and marketing businesses, and also supplies engineering and health, environmental and safety support for the whole company. |
