| Abstract: | This paper analyses the influence of the operation of financial innovation and policy-oriented banks as well as the international idle funds on China's monetary policy. It considers that although the problem of shortage of funds may be settled in a short period of time as a result of the inflow of international idle funds, it will disturb the financial order in the long run and become the damaging force of the global finance. |
