| Abstract: | One of the aims of research within the project "Management and competitiveness" has been to unfold and identify the characteristics of managerial activity and their impact on competitiveness during the period of socio-economic transition. Another aim was to testify that beside functional and technocratic or leadership-oriented approach to management, an approach to managerial roles and functions determined by the social environment of management has become more and more prevailing. |
