| Abstract: | In view of the major problems in China's overseas direct investment, the author raises the following measures for its development: 1. clearing up the misunderstandings of international business operation, 2. strengthening macro management of overseas direct investment, 3. adopting tilting policy to support the development of overseas enterprises, 4. formulating and perfecting the system of laws on overseas direct investment, 5. transforming the operational mechanism of enterprises according to modern enterprise system, 6. establishing China's international corporations according to the operation standards and practice of international corporations, 7. training with great efforts the managerial personnel doing international business operation. |
