| Abstract: | There has been an increasing interest on the part of companies, trade organisations, governmental organizations and professions in the Netherlands to develop codes of ethics. The process that organizations must go through in order to attain a code involves some difficult decisions. This paper describes twelve dilemmas to be solved during the development of the code. |
