Abstract:The central claim of this article bases on a concept of 'self-fulfilling expectations'. If enough people have same expectations they will start to behave the way that is expected and thus expected outcomes will occur. Sensible use of these expectations should provide governments and large organisations in general with the powerful tool to manage the future positively.
