| Abstract: | In the article, the relevance of quality cost information is investigated on the pricing decisions of marketing managers. Case studies were sent to randomly selected managers across the United States (USA). The results indicated significant difference btw. the pricing decisions made by managers receiving traditional reports and those receiving incremental information as quality costs. |
