| Abstract: | To adjust the layout of state-owned economic sector strategically is the key to promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises, enhancing the control power and competitive power of state-owned sector and bringing into play its leading role, and improving the overall quality of the national economy. We should make a systematic strategic adjustment of state-owned assets allocation from three aspects, that is, the industrial structure and organizational structure of enterprises and regional structure as well. Besides, we must further improve the policies on the strategic adjustment and promote the necessary reforms in other aspects. |
