| Abstract: | To develop Mainland-Hong kong economic cooperation, we should implement the "one country, two systems" policy firmly and unshakably, comply with principles of market economy, give full consideration to the virtual difference between the mainland and Hong Kong. In addition to the present cooperation in human resource, it is suggested that funds from HK should be combined with the Mainland's technological forces and managerial experience and advantages over labor costs from both sides should also be combined together, in order to jointly develop some large high-tech projects which are of vital importance to futuristic development; develop the midwest region with the help of labor-intensive, technology-intensive and resource-developing industries; strengthen the cooperation between HK and areas nearby. |
