| Abstract: | 1. "Separation of two rights" is a manifestation of modern management's principle of division of powers in the management of corporate property right. Whether the ownership of company's investors and the property right of incorporated company should be separated depends on the real situation of the enterprise. There is no possibility of the existence of a certain mode which is fixed, legalized and serves all purposes. 2.The subject of the ownership of state-owned assets can't be personalized, because of the low effectiveness of the operation of state-owned assets. The task of the reform of property right system of state-owned enterprises is to realize the symmetry and assumption of responsibility, authority and interest of property right agens of state-owned assets at different levels, etc. |
