| Abstract: | To establish the warning line of low-cost expansion may avoid the administrative or non-marketized expansion conflict arising from expansion for expansion and prevent the phenomena of blind expansion, random combination of assets and unlimited financing inflation, thus making enterprises have a new space for development through low-cost expansion and enhancing the development potential of local sustainable economic development. When doing so, we should pay attention to the issues, such as how to select rationally the moderate scale of expansion and to realize lost-cost expansion with high efficiency on the basis of effective resource allocation and improved business operation and management. |
