| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors consider the question of simultaneously controlling coordinated and independent firm, where some tasks are aimed at coordinated production and others at independent production. Specifically, the authors consider two largely independent divisions that nay have an opportunity to jointly pursue a smaller, ancillary activity. The usual control problem is centered on the independent activities. |
