| Abstract: | The shift of economic growth mode is a long-term course. But compared with advanced countries, less advanced countries can realize such a shift more quickly when they have the necessary conditions. However, first, they should have a suitable economic system, that is, market economic system. Second, they should attach importance to education and raise labourers' quality rapidly. Third, there should be a favourable international economic environment. So the governments should increase input in education by a big margin, stimulate technological innovation through protection of intellectual property, formulate and implement industrial policy, increase investment in basic industry sector and enhance market competitiveness. |
